Jake & Kaitlyn’s wedding day was a long anticipated day for not only them, but me, too! In spring I tend to get a little itchy to photograph, and the wait was surely worth it. Their whole day was completely relaxed. It was a perfect family affair from the very beginning, when I pulled in and smelled the amazing food that her dad had been smoking, walked into the barn at Hidden Hollow and saw Kaitlyn’s grandmother decorating the space with florals, and later heard the sound of laughter coming from the bride’s and groom’s suites where their closest friends and family were hanging out. THIS is the kind of wedding people dream about.
From the first look with Kaitlyn and her father and Jake to the opening of the dance floor, this day was truly a celebration for everyone and I’m SO blessed to have been a small part of it. Congratulations, Jake & Kaitlyn!
