If you have been following along with my Instagram stories you’ll know that my husband and I are in the middle of a camper reno. Tuesday evening I traded in my brush and roller for my camera to finally take Kirk & Amber’s engagement photos! In the midst of all of the summer storms this season, we were at last able to schedule our session for a time that wasn’t supposed to have torrential rainfall.
Kirk and Amber both love the outdoors so it was only fitting to have their engagement session at Eagle Creek Park, a place that they love to come to for fun dates like hiking and kayaking. I was really excited when they suggested this location because I had never been there before, and I’m always looking for new places to explore! Lakeside views, kayaking, trails, and the most beautiful wildflower patches made Eagle Creek Park a place that I’d certainly love to return to, whether that’s for a photo session or to spend quality time with my husband and dog!
I was so excited to look through the photos from their sweet session on my computer when I got home! I just love the way that Kirk makes Amber giggle all. the. time!! Seriously, we took so many photos of with the both of them laughing and having the best, most relaxed time together. Their laughter was the sweetest sound to accompany our session and made all of their photos from our session so joyous and happy; which I absolutely ADORE.
